RCC Frame Structure: 100% Completed
Ground, 1st, and 2nd Floors: Successfully completed, marking significant milestones

Topping Out / Gray Structure (Month 30-35): The highest point of the building will be reached, typically marked by a topping-out ceremony where the final structural element will be put in place. 6-7 weeks for each consecutive Floor.
A Construction Tower Crane: Installed to accelerate construction, ensuring timely delivery.
Frame Structure has been completed: Ground and 1st floors are successfully completed, with construction progress continuing on the higher floors

In-Progress Milestones:

Topping Out / Gray Structure (Month 30-35): The highest point of the building is reached, with a topping-out ceremony to mark the completion of the final structural element. 60% (Block Work: 80%, Plaster Internal: 85%, Plaster External: 80%).
Exterior Completion (Month 35-40): Exterior walls, windows, and roofing work are underway.
Finishing / Interiors (30% Complete): Interior work is in progress.
Interior Fit-Out Initiation (Month 20-45): Installation of utilities, partitions, and HVAC systems.
Final Inspection and Code Compliance (Month 45-46): Comprehensive inspection to ensure the building meets all safety and code requirements.
Occupancy Permit (Month 46-48): Local authorities to issue occupancy permit.
Tenant Move-In (Month 47-48): Tenants will begin occupying the building.
